Where it all began
Hard Knock Media Group was founded by Chicago native Jay Edwards, who began his creative path in theater before earning union status as an actor and transitioning behind the camera. After studying film at Columbia College Chicago, he continued his education through real-world experience and the school of hard knocks, blending artistry, business, and lived experience into the storytelling foundation of HKMG
